For the shot of a finger spinning Jeffery Archer, MACDYNE built a motorised rig that could support the artiste lying on his side. To make sure that the lighting was consistent for each plate, the rig and a blue screen was then erected on the dance floor. A plate of the artiste on the rig and the crowd of people were photographed separately and then composited together. Shadows and extra lighting were added to complete the effect.
